Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner to provide professional, technical and program management support for the National Guard Bureau’s J3/4/7 Operations Directorate.

The Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner serves as the lead JELC planner for HRF/CERFP, tracking, facilitating, and documenting deliverables for approximately 220 JELC events per year and producing weekly JELC Status Reports and AARs within three business days of each event.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field such as public administration, business, or social science.

Responsibilities

• Lead JELC planning for HRF/CERFP programs.
• Track, facilitate, and document deliverables for ~220 JELC events per year.
• Produce weekly JELC Status Reports and comprehensive AARs within 3 business days.
