Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Senior Exercise Planner/Trainer Task Lead to support a federal government client at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will coordinate multi-discipline exercise planning, synchronize training between MRSB and MSOC, and lead scenario-based training to test integrated operations.

You will develop briefs, reports, and on-call scripts for F3EAD processes, manage logistics and contracting interactions, and capture lessons learned throughout the exercise cycle. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years SOF operations or intelligence experience as an operator or leader.
• 2 years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of SOCOM exercises OR 2 years planning TRX events as a task lead OR 5 years at an O5 command level as an Ops-Intel planner.
• Three years MARFORSOC experience (military, civilian or contractor).
• Two years' recency experience as a Contract/Task Order Program Manager for a USSOCOM unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between MRSB and MSOC to synchronize training and ensure MRST readiness.
• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integration of intelligence, logistics, and communications disciplines.
• Coordinate with MRSB staff to meet battalion commanders' intent for UTP-1 training cycle.
• Interact with civilian authorities and law enforcement; manage Realistic Military Training requirements, logistics, contracting, and external exercise support partners.
• Develop and synchronize briefs and reports for exercise execution.
