HunaTek is seeking a Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner to provide professional, technical, and program management support for the National Guard Bureau’s HRF/CERFP program. The role leads as the JELC planner, tracking and delivering on ~220 events annually, and producing weekly status reports with rapid AARs after events.
The candidate will coordinate across teams, ensure deliverables are met on time, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support mission objectives.
This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate. The Senior Trainer/Exercise Planner serves as the lead JELC planner for the Homeland Response Force/CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (HRF/CERFP) program. The planner must possess the capacity to track, facilitate, and document deliverables for approximately 220 JELC events per year. The planner shall produce weekly JELC Status Reports and provide comprehensive AARs within three (3) business days of JELC event completion.
