Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions in Arlington, VA seeks a Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) Execution, Trainer / Exercise Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau’s J3/4/7 operations with professional program management and event coordination.

You will track personnel during exercises and incidents, draft After-Action Reports, and input lessons into JLLIS after POC approval, contributing to improved exercise effectiveness and information sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in public administration, business, social science, or related field.
• CBRN security knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative personnel tracking support during exercises and incidents for HRF/CERFP.
• Draft After-Action Reports identifying personnel tracking lessons learned.
• Input lessons into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) after POC approval.
