Job summary

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, seeks a Senior Exercise Subject Matter Expert to support AMC/A37 at Scott AFB, IL. You will lead the exercise team, coordinate C2/ITV needs with TC, and help develop MSEL, briefs, and after-action materials.

The role requires extensive Mobility System operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to work at the Scott AFB facility with occasional travel and telework opportunities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to pass a government background investigation.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years of Mobility System operations and/or integration experience.
• 5+ years of Mobility Air Force mission planning, C2, and/or ITV.
• 3–5 years of AMC exercise design and coordination experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMC/A37 team for all exercise activities.
• Coordinate with USTRANSCOM/J7 on C2 and ITV requirements.
• Coordinate exercise issues with TC, CCMDs, AMC, NAFs and other orgs.
• Assist in developing AMC exercise materials and briefs.
• Assist in creating MSEL and Exercise directives; coordinate with sponsor.
