You will lead training, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with external partners to maintain high standards.

• 2+ years of stewarding experience in hotel/casino operations.
• Experience in multi-venue stewarding and/or banquet stewarding preferred.

You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Manages the operations in the stewarding department to ensure departmental strategic goals and intent are being met and exceeding expectations.* Manage Human Resources responsibilities to include creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; compliance with company and department policies, and legal requirements.* Assist in handling all stewarding related labor relations issues. Assists in the investigation of such issues.
