Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in recruitment consultancy with focus on executive/retained search.
• Proven success delivering on senior-level mandates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of Gauteng market and beyond.
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• Ability to thrive in hybrid work with autonomy and collaboration.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of executive search assignments from brief to placement.
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for senior candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Assess candidates with competency-based interviews and references.
• Negotiate compensation packages and offers.
• Contribute to business development in the executive search space.
• Mentor junior recruitment colleagues.
