Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive search experience, ideally within retained search.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with senior executives and influence decisions.
• Experience managing external search partnerships.
• Strong business acumen and market insight for leadership decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches independently.
• Discretion and sound judgment in confidential talent matters.
