Qualifications

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with a majority focused on executive and VP+ recruiting.
• Track record of managing executive search firm relationships and partnerships.
• Deep LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights expertise.
• Strong executive presence and communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Established executive network built on credibility and long-term relationships.
• Experience with AI recruiting tools and genuine curiosity about deploying them.
• Must have high EQ and discretion and adaptability.
• Based in New York City with deep market fluency and an existing NYC sports/media ecosystem network.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for VP+ leadership roles across non-tech functions.
• Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to define requirements and success profiles.
• Maintain a deep, living bench of executive talent across key functions.
• Lead executive search firm partnerships; scope engagements and manage deliverables.
• Leverage LinkedIn tools to map talent markets and build slates with conviction.
• Conduct executive-level screens and present polished candidates to stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding for executive hires in partnership with People Ops.
