Job summary

Ascendo Resources in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements—from sourcing to close—and to drive rapid placement in a fast-paced environment.

You will source, screen, interview, and reference-check candidates, market top consultants to our internal sales team, and build a robust candidate network across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more, in the NYC market.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• Experience with full-desk recruiting preferred.
• Willingness to engage directly with clients and candidates.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk — source, screen, and place top A&F talent
• Market top consultants to our internal sales team
• Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network
• Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
