Ascendo Resources in New York City is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for Accounting & Finance placements — from sourcing to close.

You will run a full desk, source and screen top A&F talent, and build your candidate network while partnering with our internal sales team in a fast-paced, inclusive culture. This role targets growth and lasting client relationships in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Conflict resolution chops and the ability to juggle multiple searches at once.
• Business/HR acumen and a client-first mindset.
• A sense of urgency and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Run a full desk — source, screen, and place top A&F talent
• Market top consultants to our internal sales team
• Analyze market trends and build your own candidate network
• Source across CFO, controllership, tax, audit, FP&A, AP/AR, payroll, and more
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
