Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks an experienced Executive Protection professional to plan and execute personal protection for senior executives. The role involves coordinating protective details, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining readiness for domestic and international travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in protective services, strong communication, and deep knowledge of the DC area.

Qualifications

5+ years in close protection and advance trip planning.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC metro area.
Tactical driving capabilities.
Experience in dealing with workplace violence.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Experience in corporate environment.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with home security systems.

Responsibilities

Support Corporate Security Executive Protection by planning, coordinating, and executing personal protection for senior Lockheed Martin Executives.
On-call beyond normal hours for protection and transportation to/from facilities, meetings, and events.
May use force of arms and possess relevant state police commissions and permits.
Plan and execute advance trip coordination with law enforcement and other groups for domestic and international travel.
Subject to government security investigation and clearance requirements.
