Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Executive Protection Program Manager to lead protective operations for our executive leadership team in a high-security environment. You will coordinate with threat intelligence, corporate security, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure protective measures meet operational needs.

The job is based at Leidos Global Headquarters in Reston, Virginia, with travel and event planning responsibilities and a focus on compliance and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of executive protection, preferably in corporate security.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Completion of a recognized executive protection training course.
• Experience coordinating with U.S. government security agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive protection operations for the CEO and senior leaders.
• Recruit, train, and lead a three-person protection team and executive driver.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for events and travel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on event and travel schedules for protection.
• Coordinate with security analysts and agencies for situational awareness.
• Manage contracted external services and the program budget.
• Plan and execute the program’s operational budget.
• Enforce use of force policies and update protection playbooks.
