Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned security professional to provide executive protection, secure driving, and dignitary protection services for senior leaders. The role emphasizes confidentiality, investigations, and cross-border security travel.

The candidate will collaborate with federal and local law enforcement, manage security for key events, and help strengthen internal controls across the organization. Baltimore/DC siting is required with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years equivalent experience required.
• 10 years of law enforcement experience with a medium to large agency or equivalent private investigative experience.
• Ability to obtain concealed carry permits where applicable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of PC/desktop applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 24/7 availability.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain LEOSA qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure driving services for Exelon executives with 24/7 availability.
• Provide protection services for corporate events and executives; manage confidentiality.
• Conduct complex/internal investigations and identify internal control issues.
• Establish and maintain contacts with federal, state, county and local law enforcement.
• Assist in supporting security for campuses through employee awareness campaigns.
