Job summary

Tanium seeks an Executive Protection Agent to join our Field Operations Group, protecting the CEO family, Executive Chairman, and other executives. You will be proactive, discreet, and service-oriented, coordinating security for residences and events.

Responsibilities include safeguarding principals, communicating with team members, and supporting EPFOG procedures while maintaining logs and transport duties as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in Government, Military, Law Enforcement, and/or 5+ years in a security role.
• Executive Protection and Estate Security experience required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED required; TX CPL required; Valid Driver's License.
• Emergency Medical Technician (BLS) preferred; water safety training to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate Tanium Mission and Values into all decisions and actions.
• Responsible for making operational decisions that enhance safety for the principals.
• Support the Global Security mission, Executive Protection details, and Tanium Executives if needed.
• Demonstrate effective communication with the principals, visitors, and other team members.
• Be accountable for their decisions, actions, and communications.
• Safeguard the CEO, his family, and their private property located at the residence.
• Promote and establish effective working relationships with principals, staff, and team members.
• Collaborate on EPFOG standard operating procedures and cross-training.
• Maintain and input all security logs and related documentation.
