Job summary

ACE is seeking a Protective Services Supervisor to lead executive protection for principals and families. You will conduct threat assessments, coordinate with intelligence, and enforce protective protocols across travel, events, and protective operations.

The role requires oversight of EP personnel, solid investigative reporting, and leadership in drills and real-time decisions to ensure peak safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience protecting executives or high-profile individuals in corporate or governmental settings.
• Strong discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate executive protection operations for executives and families.
• Conduct threat assessments, risk analysis, and investigations; coordinate with intelligence personnel.
• Develop and enforce EP SOPs and protocols; oversee EP personnel during travel, events, and protective operations.
• Lead advance work including venue assessments and route analysis for Principal movements.
• Review incident reports, operational summaries, and logs for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead drills and scenario exercises; update procedures based on experience and threat changes.
• Provide close protection at venues, events, and off-site assignments; ensure safe transport to locations.
