Job summary

Omnium Protection Group seeks an experienced Executive Protection Agent for a dedicated, full‑time assignment protecting senior leadership within a complex institutional environment. The role combines close protection, advance planning, secure transportation, travel support, and emergency readiness within an integrated security program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Background screening including fingerprinting as required.
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreements.
• Ability to meet security-employment requirements.
• CPR/AED and first aid certification at minimum.
• Executive protection training program completed.
• Passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Commitment to 60 hours of annual professional development.
• Minimum seven years of protective experience.
• Strong situational awareness and professional discretion.
• Excellent judgment and communication under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection and escort for executives during movements and events.
• Maintain situational awareness and security protocols.
• Remain discreet and unobtrusive while protecting principals.
• De-escalate tense situations and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate protective actions with security and program management.
• Conduct advance work and site assessments for residences, travel destinations, and events.
• Assess threats and plan routes to reduce exposure.
• Provide secure transport and coordinate driving as required.
• Support travel logistics and secure handling of luggage and materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper reporting through approved channels.
• Liaise with assistants, security, facilities and external resources.
