Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Operations Business Manager to lead planning, coordination, and administration of Executive Protection Services. This role will drive budgeting, expense tracking, workforce scheduling, and vendor coordination while delivering accurate reports and program outcomes.

• Experience coordinating complex schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day ops for Executive Protection Services and dependencies.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial reports for leadership.
• Manage purchasing, POs, invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Maintain staffing schedules and coverage for travel and events.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and expenses.
• Align operational support with executive schedules and events.
• Oversee contractor/vendor onboarding, contracts, and budgets.
• Lead projects and programs with milestones and risk reporting.
• Develop dashboards and management reports on spend and utilization.
• Analyze processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation, handling sensitive info.
• Provide timely coordination during urgent or after-hours needs.
