Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. You will lead end-to-end security infrastructure programs across design, build, and deployment, partnering with engineering, legal, compliance, and facilities to safeguard Oracle’s assets globally.

The role demands strong program leadership, risk management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• PM/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 6+ years of program or project management experience, including cross-functional programs.
• 5+ years of experience delivering physical security programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).
• Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track progress using established tools.
• Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create status reports and briefing materials.
• Champion best practices for program management using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with standards and contract terms.
