Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent combination of advanced protective operations training and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in protective operations within security or executive protection.
• Minimum 5 years of direct executive protection experience supporting senior executives and dignitaries.
• Minimum 3 years serving as lead agent, detail leader, or supervisor in protective operations.
• Experience planning and executing domestic and international protective advances and travel security operations.
• Experience conducting protective intelligence, threat assessment, or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead protective operations for executives during travel, meetings, events, and high-profile engagements.
• Direct, mentor, and quality-control junior agents and support staff during protective operations.
• Develop written operational plans, movement orders, and trip security packages for executive travel.
• Coordinate with GSOC/intelligence, aviation, hotels, local security providers, and law enforcement.
• Assess risks and provide protective intelligence, threat assessments, and incident recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, licensing, privacy expectations, and corporate policy.
