Job summary

Derse, a comprehensive face-to-face marketing agency and exhibit builder, seeks an Executive Producer in Milwaukee to lead end-to-end event strategies for diverse clients. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating with sales, design, and operations to deliver polished experiences.

The role demands extensive travel, a track record of profitable projects, and leadership of cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of corporate event, trade show, experiential program coordination experience.
• Proven problem solver with budgets, schedules, workflows for profitability.
• Experience advising clients and leading cross-functional teams on concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of Cvent, Microsoft Suite and project management/budget tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive event strategies tailored to each client, acting as primary contact.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, agencies, and partners for successful outcomes.
• Understand pricing structures and collaborate with estimating and operations for profitability.
• Own event budgets and use tools to ensure adherence.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and updates in systems.
• Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from scheduling to on-site coordination.
• Present clear proposals to clients outlining scope and value of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Develop and manage run-of-show and production schedules.
• Address issues to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
