Derse Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead proprietary client events from concept to completion.

You will manage event details, travel to sites, resolve issues, maintain client relationships, and represent the Derse brand to ensure seamless, on-time results across production, creative, and account teams.

This in-office role may require travel and tight coordination with clients and vendors to exceed expectations and reinforce our 75+ years of stability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years in general event management.
• 3+ years in proprietary event activations.
• Strong client/account relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for assigned proprietary event clients and grow relationships.
• Prepare job order documents and client communications.
• Monitor production and planning to meet timelines.
• Review change orders to ensure budget adherence and timing.
• Research information related to client, event, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate job files and present highlights.
• Represent Derse at events to promote products and services.
• Utilize organization skills to work independently and exceed expectations.
• Travel to client events to supervise setup and event flow.
