Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight years of progressively responsible executive support or related experience with staff leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for board and executives.
• Ability to design executive operating rhythms, governance processes, and metrics.
• Advanced project coordination with risk tracking, milestones, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and contract/vendor management.
• Knowledge of board operations and handling confidential information.
• Understanding of health care operations and HMSA context.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Experience applying automation and AI tools to improve productivity with security and human review.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive, high-touch executive support to the President and Chief of Staff.
• Strategically manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics for executive needs.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, biographies, and decision points for meetings.
• Lead and develop the Executive Office team and oversee budget, vendors, and contracts.
• Coordinate board and governance materials, calendars, and post-meeting follow‑through.
• Drive digital transformation with AI-enabled tools while ensuring confidentiality and security.
