Hawaii Medical Service Association seeks a Director of Provider Operations Business Analysis to lead end-to-end provider onboarding, credentialing, and database management. The role oversees multiple provider databases supporting Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products.

You will coordinate with offshore vendor partners to ensure accurate, timely operations, supervise staff, and drive compliance with policies and accreditation standards. Strong leadership and PM skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related work experience; or equivalent combination.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience or four years of team leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with offshore vendor partners.

Responsabilidades

• Directs provider onboarding, credentialing, and database management operations.
• Oversees provider databases across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products.
• Collaborates with offshore vendor partners to ensure timely, accurate operations.
• Develops and mentors staff, managing performance and training.
• Designs workflows and infrastructure for provider network data to meet future needs.
• Manages contracts for providers and ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance.
