Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced executive communications directors to help train the latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start.

You will develop and refine AI-generated presentations, alignment of speech-to-slide content, and keynote materials across conferences, earnings calls, and thought leadership formats. Compensation is $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help train AI model on professional presentations and slide decks.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: keynote decks, conference presentations, CEO narrative development, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings call supporting materials, and thought leadership presentations.
