Google is seeking an Executive Engagement Lead to guide cross-functional strategies and deliver high-impact executive engagements. You will align Google Cloud Security leadership with external partners and orchestrate decision-ready briefings for senior executives.

The role requires deep experience in executive programs, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled security initiatives, with a strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders in the context of executive programs, customer engagement, or partner experiences.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of executive engagements at major C-level events.
• Build partnerships across Alphabet, Sales, and Executive Offices for partner interactions.
• Craft decision-ready briefings synthesizing AI and security innovations for executives and CISOs.
• Establish scalable playbooks to maintain operations across executive engagements.
• Implement frameworks to track outcomes and improve future programming.
