Qualifications

• At least 15 years of senior-level experience in affordable housing, community development, real estate, capital development, or community revitalization.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with funders, elected officials, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and guidance for all aspects of LISC LA’s programmatic work.
• Manage a team of community development professionals and a $3 million operating and program budget, with access to a minimum of $10 million in national loan capital annually.
