Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years planning, administering, and supporting compensation programs.
• 5+ years in compensation, executive/leadership compensation, or governance preferred.
• Experience in academic medical centers or complex organizations preferred.
• Education plus experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses, reports, board materials, and presentation content for executive decisions.
• Administer compensation actions, leadership incentive programs, annual reviews, and communications.
• Partner with HR leaders to support onboarding, offers, retention, role structures, and program participation.
• Support executive compensation governance and documentation, programs, and policy reviews.
• Conduct market pricing analyses for executive roles using healthcare and academic surveys.
• Develop financial models, projections, and incentive calculations to support planning.
• Maintain compliance documents and governance records for compensation programs.
• Provide support for performance management, pay-for-performance, and total rewards initiatives.
