  • Provide support for performance management program evaluations.
  • Partner with Rewards & Recognition during salary setting for transparency and fairness.
  • Deliver leadership education and change management strategies.
  • Oversee leadership compensation administration and annual review programs.
  • Maintain special pay policies and executive role architecture.
