Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support administration of equity award programs (RSU/RSA) under LTIP.
Assist with EDCP, STIP, and LTIP plan administration and guidelines.
Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and proxy statements.
Provide data for retirements and respond to external providers' data requests.
Communicate with executives and business units on compensation practices and processes.
Lead ad-hoc reporting and complex analyses for compensation initiatives.
Identify process improvements to drive efficiency across HR compensation programs.
