Responsibilities

Content Creation- Produce accurate, CCHMC-voiced, engaging content for a multitude of platforms. Provide copy editing support and content production for multiple departments/teams.
Content Management- Writes enterprise-wide content for publishing internally or externally, monitors quality and manages vendors. Identifies opportunities for improvements and proposes solutions to execute on.
Planning- Responsible for budget or large scope initiatives. Management of approved vendors to ensure content delivered to Children's standard and deadlines.
Emergency communication response- Prepares content for senior M&C leadership approval concerning sensitive local/national/international topics. Participates in 24-7 by 365 rotation for on-call.
