Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced communications leader to serve as the primary partner to the executive leadership team. The role translates complex business strategies into compelling messages that inspire action and reinforce the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include developing executive communications strategies, advising on messaging, and crafting speeches, town halls, and leadership communications that reflect the authentic voice of senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7 years in Health Care, Health Insurance, Information Technology and/or large corporation communications related field
• 5 years of Managing large communication programs in corporate environments, as well as an internal and/or external spokesperson
• 5 years Change Management Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive executive communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Advise executive leaders on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Write and edit high-impact communications, including speeches and keynote presentations, Town hall remarks, Employee communications, Leadership messages and video scripts.
• Ensure all communications reflect the executive's authentic voice and leadership style.
• Manage crisis situations and works with business partners to implement strategic, rapid response plans.
