This full-time, on-site role focuses on shaping long-term claims and risk management strategies, managing carrier relationships, and leading complex claim reviews with clients and carriers.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with Risk Advisors and Account Managers, and drive proactive, client-first service while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of claims experience in mid-market Commercial Lines.
• CT/NY/NJ casualty licenses or ability to obtain as required.
• Professional designations in claims or risk management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive-level claims advisor for key Commercial Lines clients.
• Influence carrier relationships and escalate high-exposure claims.
• Lead large-loss and complex claim oversight with client meetings.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with Risk Advisors and Account Managers.
• Ensure proactive, client-first service and timely delivery.
