Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of administrative work experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage sensitive administrative matters, communications, and records involving personnel issues, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of the VPRI; screen calls, greet visitors, and direct matters to staff.
• Manage the VPRI's calendar, correspondence, commitments, and follow-up activities with discretion.
• Review and prioritize briefing materials; provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate office operations, personnel transactions, and committee support.
• Compose and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Lead special projects from planning through completion, including research and reporting.
• Manage budgets and accounts; authorize expenditures and process invoices, travel, and payroll.
• Plan division meetings, workshops, events, and post-event reporting.
• Represent the Office of the VPRI and build relationships with campus leadership and external partners.
