Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel in San Mateo, CA. This hybrid role supports a dynamic global legal and policy team, coordinating complex schedules across time zones and managing travel, communications, and events.

You will partner with senior leaders, handle confidential information, and drive efficiency across the department while shaping a high-performance culture within PlayStation’s legal and governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting a Senior Level Executive.
• Ability to create compelling presentations with design sensibility and impact.
• Works collaboratively with senior executives and internal/external partners.
• Efficiently manage complex schedules across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidentiality.
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for the General Counsel.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare for travel, and handle approvals.
• Process outside counsel invoices and communications.
• Act as liaison between Executive and Sony groups.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Publish team travel and holiday schedules.
• Support knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across levels.
