Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for our Sunnyvale site. You will own the front-of-house, reception, and site readiness, ensuring an executive-ready environment for VIP visitors and the EA team. This independent role partners with HR and Facilities to maintain a polished, demo-ready workplace.

You will manage visitor programs, vendor relationships, onboarding logistics, and site events, scaling the space as Apptronik grows toward 80 employees by 2026.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in reception, hospitality, or workplace experience.
• Independent operator with clear escalation paths.
• Able to maintain discretion with executives and VIPs.

Responsibilities

• Own the reception desk and front-of-house experience.
• Manage Sunnyvale site operations and readiness for guests and events.
• Coordinate with EA, HR, and Facilities on onboarding and workspace setup.
• Plan site-wide events and maintain visitor management processes.
• Build and maintain local vendor relationships and site supplies.
