Qualifications

• 10+ years of administrative leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; quick learner of new apps.
• Ability to communicate with Senior Executives with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage leader calendars and align with annual operating cycle.
• Prepare agendas and ensure stakeholders are ready for meetings.
• Plan and execute events and manage travel and expenses.
• Provide primary support to the President and EVP Clinical Diagnostics Group.
