Job summary

The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas is seeking an On-Call Front Desk Representative for part-time work. You will greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and assist with reservations to create a seamless stay.

In this role, you will offer room upgrades when available, promote MGM Rewards, and collaborate with housekeeping to meet guest expectations. Strong hospitality experience preferred, flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred.
• Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred.
