Amgen seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Investor Relations and the IR team. You will manage calendars, coordinate investor meetings, and handle domestic/international travel with discretion and speed.
You will also assist with conferences, materials, expense reporting, and executive communications, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and confidentiality.

Reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, the Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President and Investor Relations team. This highly visible role requires frequent interaction with senior executives, investors, analysts, external firms, and cross‑functional partners.
The SEA manages complex calendars, internal and external meetings, domestic and international travel, and investor conferences and events. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, initiative, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, continually changing environment.
Maintain a high degree of responsiveness and accessibility to the Investor Relations team, senior executives, investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

Associate's degree and 4 years of administrative‑related experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 years of administrative‑related experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
