Job Responsibilities

Executive Support:
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including managing a busy calendar, expense reports, confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting documents.
  • Plans, coordinates, and respects the President & CEO's schedule, acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring appropriate access.
  • Facilitates smooth communication between the President's Office and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust.
  • Works closely with the President & CEO to keep her informed of commitments and responsibilities, acting as a confidant and issue observer.
  • Builds relationships crucial to organizational success and manages special projects for the President & CEO.
  • Completes critical deliverables proactively and efficiently, including drafting letters and correspondence.
  • Handles matters promptly, following through to completion under deadline pressures.
