Job Description
The Senior Executive Assistant is to provide senior executive-level administrative support to national offices, departments, and executive leadership up to chief executive officer. Manage assigned corporate functions and systems. Provide support and leadership to operational and national departments. Participate in the development and oversight of national uniform systems, procedures and resources used throughout the Dungarvin organization. Handle confidential corporate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include: a high school diploma or GED Certificate.
- Three to five years’ experience in supporting senior management and executives with administrative duties.
- Minimum typing speed of 90wpm preferred.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive required; knowledge of other Microsoft Office products, including Access required.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels in the organization and community. Must be organized with solid time management and decision-making skills.
- Writing skills must reflect correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, composition, quality and fluent vocabulary.
- Personal qualities should also include confidence, flexibility, self-directedness, and the ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents. Ability to handle highly sensitive information.
- Ability to present oneself in a professional and personable manner with all internal and external customers.
