The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to leadership within the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration’s Office of Trust Records (OTR). This position supports mission‑critical activities related to Indian Trust Records management, including coordination of digitization operations, logistics support, workflow tracking, reporting, and executive‑level administrative services for the American Indian Records Repository (AIRR) and the Digital Center of Excellence (DCE). The incumbent ensures smooth execution of day‑to‑day operations and assists with special projects that uphold federal records management requirements, trust responsibilities, and BTFA program objectives.
