Solomon Page is assisting a boutique investment advisory firm seeking an administrative professional to support the Chief of Staff. You will manage calendars, prepare materials, and coordinate travel for senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
  • Track and follow up on action items across multiple workstreams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and summaries for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and firm events
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making
  • Draft, proofread, and manage sensitive communications with discretion
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as priorities shift throughout the day
  • Serve as a key point of contact and gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment on prioritization
