Endevica Bio, a small north-of-Chicago biotech, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and coordinate activities across the executive team. You will structure busy schedules, anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive projects from planning to completion in a fast-moving environment.
You will manage calendars and travel, organize board meetings, and work with the office manager to ensure timely project completion.
Endevica Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company north of Chicago. We design novel peptide-based medicines for complex diseases where patients still have too few good options. Our team brings together people with different strengths and a shared commitment to getting meaningful work done, with each person playing a direct role in moving the company forward. There is ambitious science happening here, and there is a real sense that the work we do today could meaningfully change patients' lives tomorrow.
We're a very small company. This is intentional. A lean team keeps us creative, collaborative, and closely connected to the work. Everyone knows what the company is working toward, everyone has a voice, and no one is limited to a narrow corner of the job description. Work moves quickly, priorities evolve, and people who bring good judgment, initiative, and follow-through can make an immediate difference. If you're resourceful, open-minded, and enjoy helping a busy team get things done, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make a difference here.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and coordinate activities across the executive team. In this role, you will bring structure to busy schedules, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of projects from initial planning through completion—all while keeping pace with a small biotech where the science moves quickly, plans evolve, and the occasional curveball is part of the day.
This position calls for an experienced executive assistant who is comfortable working independently, exercising discretion, and keeping work moving in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You will manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate conferences and executive meetings, and ensure that decisions translate into completed actions. You will also work closely with our office manager, collaborating on priorities, coordinating shared responsibilities, and supporting timely project completion.
