Responsibilities
Job Summary

This role involves performing administrative and advanced secretarial duties for assigned executives, managing heavy workloads, handling routine matters, and maintaining confidentiality. May supervise other staff and work with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions
  • Assist executives by managing administrative details, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Supervise and coordinate clerical staff, helping plan work assignments and resolve employee issues.
  • Coordinate major meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes, and manage special projects.
  • Monitor and manage the department's budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • Associate's Degree or 2 years' relevant experience - Required
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience - Required
  • Additional 1+ years in a supervisory role - Preferred
