The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) at Intel is seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to support the PEG CVP and organization. The PEG team defines, architects, executes, validates, and enables Intel Product Group's platforms, collaborating closely with Silicon and Software engineering teams, as well as BU leads.

This role provides high-level administrative support, representing the executive to internal and external communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of Intel's processes, systems, and people, possess expertise in decision-making for complex issues, and be capable of managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and managing complex calendar schedules for the PEG ET member, coordinating closely with the CoS/TA.
  • Collaborating with the CEO's administrative team and providing coverage for other ET Executive Admins.
  • Leading and guiding the PEG Executive Admin community to ensure consistency and accountability to SLAs, and partnering with the CoS/TA on meeting agendas and planning.
  • Making extensive travel arrangements and preparing expense reports for ET executives and CoS/TA.
  • Coordinating agendas, attendees, and calendar notices for complex scheduling.
  • Interpreting and evaluating information requests, taking appropriate responsive actions, and notifying relevant staff as needed.
  • Staying informed about organizational changes and business developments.
  • Anticipating leadership and organizational needs, and proactively proposing solutions.
  • Supporting departmental events and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborating with various organizational partners including HR, Finance, and technical teams.
  • Streamlining administrative processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment with private/proprietary information.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 9+ years of senior administrative experience.
  • 5+ years supporting CVP or higher in engineering, hardware, or silicon domains.
  • Experience supporting multiple directors and working across distributed teams.

Additional Information:

Location: US, Arizona, Phoenix, with additional locations in California, Santa Clara.

Work Model: On-site required.

Salary Range: $102,280 - $144,400 annually, depending on experience and location.
