The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) for Intel Products (IP) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support the PEG CVP and organization in a dynamic environment. The PEG team defines, architects, executes, validates, and enables Intel Product Group's Platforms, working closely with Silicon and Software engineering teams and BU leads to deliver top-tier products.

This role provides high-level administrative support, representing the executive to internal and external communities. A strong candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of Intel's processes, systems, and people, with expertise in decision-making for complex problems, and the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities with minimal oversight. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Organize and manage complex calendar schedules for the PEG ET member, coordinating closely with the CoS/TA.
  2. Coordinate with the CEO's executive admin and broader admin team, providing coverage for other ET Executive Admins.
  3. Lead and guide the PEG Executive Admin community to ensure consistency and accountability to SLAs. Collaborate with the CoS/TA on agendas for internal meetings, customer meetings, FTF, site visits, etc.
  4. Make extensive travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for ET Executive and CoS/TA.
  5. Ensure agendas are well-defined, attendees are correct, and calendar notices are accurate, even with complex schedules.
  6. Interpret and evaluate information requests, taking appropriate responsive actions and notifying relevant staff when necessary.
  7. Stay informed of organizational changes and business developments.
  8. Anticipate leadership and team needs, proactively proposing solutions to meet deadlines and strategic goals.
  9. Support organizational events and recognition initiatives.
  10. Collaborate with various organizational partners, including HR, Finance, and technical teams.
  11. Streamline administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and sound judgment regarding sensitive information.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum qualifications include:

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9+ years of senior administrative experience supporting CVP or higher in engineering fields
  • Experience supporting multiple directors across distributed teams
