Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and reliable responses on administrative functions for the Army Research Directorate.
• Coordinate affairs of the Director and liaise with offices and staff.
• Evaluate program documents and prioritize materials for the Director.
• Manage Tier I Senior Executive Service calendars and arrange meetings/travel.
• Coordinate senior visits and high-level events, including security clearances and VIP access.
• Review meetings and reports, generating reminders for deadlines.
• Review correspondence for content, accuracy, and proper formatting.
