Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Program Analysis Team Lead at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD to supervise a team of program analysts and coordinate analytical products across the mission. • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management II).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management II).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated team lead or work-coordination experience on a government support effort.
• Significant experience supporting Department of War / Army programs or operations.

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Lead a team of program analysts, coordinating analytical products and workflow across the RTI business operations mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program-analysis deliverables and coordinate workflow across the analyst team.


• Interface with Government leads to ensuring quality and timeliness of financial and operations products.


• Provide guidance to journeyman and systems program analysts.


• Support consolidation and quality control of funding and program reporting.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG program experience.


• Experience with GFEBS/EMPOWER reporting.
