Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior program manager to support the Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer / Technical Director responsibilities as owner of technical execution for the program scope.

You will ensure technical integrity across IPTs and CPTs, manage cost/schedule/requirements, and lead risk and opportunity handling plans with Engineering Leadership Team. Domestic/international travel ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable Secret security clearance required before start.
• U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support CE/TD responsibilities as owner of technical execution or program scope.
• Ensure technical integrity across IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Maintain regular cadence of communications with Engineering Leadership Team on status and high-priority topics.
• Attend Product Line and Project Team meetings to drive risk and opportunity handling plans.
• Lead Engineering Program Review rollup and approvals for EAC/LRE processes.
• Provide technical advisory disposition for EXIM compliance; travel ~20% domestically/internationally.
